Pengaruh Kompetensi Pedagogik Guru Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Sistem Operasi Kelas X di SMK Negeri 2 Padang

Abstrak

This research is in the background by the problem of low student learning outcomes on the subjects of operating system class X SMK Negeri 2 Padang. The purpose of this study to analyze the magnitude of the influence of pedagogic competence of teachers on student learning outcomes on the subjects operating system Class X SMK Negeri 2 Padang. The type of this research is descriptive research that is correlational. The research population is 64 students of class X TKJ 31 people and X RPL 32 people. Types of instruments used are questionnaires and tests of learning outcomes. Data of learning result obtained from test result of student learning, while teacher pedagogic competence data collected through questionnaire by using likert scale which has been tested its validity and reliability. Then the data was analyzed using statistics with the help of SPSS version 17. The results of data analysis showed that pedagogic competence of teachers has an influence on student learning outcomes of 15.7%. Based on the results of research, it can be concluded pedagogic competence of teachers have an influence on student learning outcomes.
