Penerapan Metode Pembelajaran Practice-Rehearsal PairsTerhadapHasil Belajar Pada Mata Pelajaran Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi Kelas VIII Di SMP Pertiwi I Padang
Abstrak
This study aims to determine the results of ICT psychomotor learning using practice-rehearsal pairs learning method is better than conventional learning in class VIII in SMP Pertiwi I Padang. Because the background is still low student learning outcomes class VIII SMP Pertiwi I Padang. One of the factors causing the students is less understanding of the subject matter that is delivered by the teacher and when the teacher explains the subject matter, the students mostly talk to their friends. Therefore teachers use practice-rehearsal pairs learning methods to motivate students to be more active in learning. The type of research conducted is experimental research with population of all students of class VIII SMP Pertiwi I Padang. The technique of determining the sample class is using SPSS 16, then determining the experimental class and control class. From the results it can be that the experimental class has an average value of 78.75 and the control class with an average of 66.66. This means that learning practice-rehearsal pairs method is better than conventional learning. It was concluded that the result of psychomotor learning of ICT students whose learning using practice-rehearsal pairs learning method is better than conventional learning in grade VIII students at SMP Pertiwi I Padang.
