Abstrak

The purpose of this study is to find out whether the results of ICT learning of students whose learning applying the Course Review Horay learning model is better than the results of ICT learning students whose learning applying conventional learning to students in grade VIII SMPN 1 Gunung Talang. The type of research used is experimental research. The population in this study were all students of class VIII SMPN 1 Gunung Talang academic year 2016/2017. The sample consisted of two randomly selected classes namely class VIII.2 (experimental) and class VIII.3 (control). Based on the analysis, the learning result data in the experimental class has an average value of 79.00 and the control class has an average value of 66.57. Based on the data analysis of the final test students obtained t count = 0.001 and t table = 0.05. Because t arithmetic <t table then H1 accepted and H0 rejected. So it can be concluded that the ICT learning outcomes of students applying the Course Review Horay learning model is better than the ICT learning outcomes of students applying conventional learning. So this learning model is good for use on ICT subject.
