Abstract
This study is based on the lack of interest of students in learning Indonesian language, the media used by the teacher is less interesting, thus making the students bored and saturated, By using the method of learning scramble students more facilitated in learning and students can use media that foster the spirit of student learning. Student learning outcomes increase after using models and media that attract students' attention. This study aims to describe student learning outcomes by using a model of learning scramble and student learning outcomes by using conventional learning. According to Istarani, (2011: 185), the learning model of scramble is presenting teaching materials through asking questions or statements that are incomplete so that the parties are called to complete the statement. According to Susanto, (2013: 5) learning outcomes are changes that occur in students, both those involving cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects. Learning Indonesian is directed to improve the ability of learners to communicate in Indonesian language properly and correctly, both orally and in writing, (Susanto, 2013: 242). The type of this research is experimental research. To specify the experiment class and control class are seen at the lowest grade averages. Class experiment class Va and class control class Vb. The data in this study was obtained by giving the final test to the two sample classes. The results showed that there are significant differences in the learning outcomes of Indonesian students between the application of learning models scramble with the results of learning Indonesian students using conventional learning. This can be seen from the acquisition of the average value of Indonesian experimental class 83.57 class and control class 77.38 and hypothesis test results using t-test with t_hitung = 3.92 and t_tabel = 1.68 where t_hitung> t_tabel means 3.92 > 1.68 thus hypothesis H_1 is acceptable. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the learning outcomes of Indonesian students class V SDN 04 kampung olo Padang using scramble learning model using conventional learning model. Therefore, it is expected that teachers can use the scramble learning model to improve student learning outcomes optimally..
