ABSTRACT

 

 This study aims to determine the learning outcomes of Indonesian students taught by using the model Student Facilitator And Explaining better than the results of learning Indonesian that does not use the usual learning model in fourth grade students SD N 27 Pasar Kambang South Coastal District, The formulation of the problem in research This is whether the result of learning Indonesian students whose learning using Student Facilitator and Explaining strategy is better than the result of learning Indonesian students using conventional method in fourth grade students of SD N 27 Pasar Kambang Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. This research type is experiment. Population in this research is all student / student of class IV counted 47 people, technique of sample selection using purposive sampling. In this case the experimental class is class IV B while the class control class IV A. Instrument used is a test of learning outcomes. Data analysis was performed with normality test, average equality, homogeneity, and hypetosis with the help of SPSS software version 17.00. The results showed that using the Student Facilitator and Explaining learning model has an average of 89.75 learning outcomes and students using conventional learning have average learning outcomes of 76.50, and hypothesis test results of 0.002 or <0.05. Thus it can be concluded that the learning result of Bashasa Indonesia students whose learning by using Student Facilitator and Explaining model is better than conventional learning and application of Student Facilitator and Explaining model can improve student learning outcomes in learning Indonesian in grade IV SD N 27 Pasar Kambang Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan Lesson year 2016/2017.
