THE INFLUENCE OF EVERYONE IS TEACHER HERE MODEL ON THE LEARNING OUTCOMES OF INDONESIAN STUDENTS OF GRADE IV IN SDN 10 PANCUNG SOAL PESISIR SELATAN REGENCY

Abstrak

This research is backgrounded by, students do not understand the concept given by the teacher, the tendency of teachers in using conventional methods, student learning outcomes are still many under the KKM. This study aims to describe the differences in Indonesian students' learning outcomes taught by the Everyone Is Teacher Here model. The theory used in this research is the theory put forward by Susanto (2014) about Indonesian language learning and learning model of Everyone Is Teacher Here which is stated by Suprijono (2014), Tarigan (2008: 7), reading is a process done and used by Readers to get the message, which will be conveyed by the author through the media of words / written language. The type of this research is experimental research with the population is all students of grade IV SDN 10 Pancung Problem which amounted to 50 students. The research design used is true experimental design that is postest-only contol design and obtained class IV-A as experiment class and class IV-B as control class. Hypothesis testing is done by t-test, because the data is normally distributed and the variance is homogeneous. The final test result shows the average grade of Indonesian fourth graders in SDN 10 Pancung Problem of South Pesisir regency, using Everyone Is Teacher Here model with mean value of experimental class 86,2 and average value of Control class 76,4 With the statistical test level (α = 0.05) obtained t_hitung 2.85 and t_ (table) 1.68 means t_hount> from t_ (table), then hypothesis H_1diterima. Based on the results of this study can be concluded the results of learning Indonesian language using the learning model Everyone Is Teacher Here better than the results of learning using Conventional learning on reading materials loud an announcement with pronunciation and intonation right in class IV in SDN 10 Pancung Soal Pesisir Selatan Regency .
