THE EFFECT OF COURSE REVIEW HORAY MODEL ON THE LEARNING OUTCOMES OF INDONESIAN SISWA KELAS V IN SDN 04 PANCUNG SOAL PESISIR SELATAN REGENCY
Abstrak
This research is backgrounded by, students do not understand the concept given by the teacher, the tendency of teachers in using conventional methods, student learning outcomes are still many under the KKM. This study aims to describe the effect of learning achievement of Indonesian students taught by Course Review Horay model. The theory used in this research is Susanto's (2013) theory of Indonesian language learning and Course Review Horay model proposed by Huda (2014), Dalman (2013: 3), which states that "writing is a communication activity of message delivery (Information) in writing to others by using written language as an instrument or. The type of this research is experimental research with the population is all students of class V SDN 04 Pancung Soal Pesisir Selatan Regency amounting to 50 students. The research design used is true experimental design that is postest-only contol design and obtained class V-A as experiment class and class V-B as control class. Hypothesis testing is done by t-test, because the data is normally distributed and the variance is homogeneous. The final test result shows the average Indonesian V grade students in SDN 04 Pancung Soal Pesisir Selatan Regency, using the Course Review Horay model with an average grade of Experiment 86,2 and the average value of Control class 78,8 with level Statistical test (α = 0.05) obtained t_hitung 2.15 and t_ (table) 1.68 means t_hount> from t_ (table), then hypothesis H_1diterima. Based on the results of this study can be concluded the results of learning Indonesian language using Course Review Horay learning model is better than the results of learning using Conventional learning on the material summarize the contents of the book by paying attention to the use of spelling in class V SDN 04 Pancung Soal Pesisir Selatan Regency.
