IN ROLE OF THE POLICE IN RESOLVING CAES OF VIOLENCEIN THE HOUSEHOLD KOTA PADANG

Abstrak

This research of background overshadow by the increasing of case of  DOMESTIC VIOLENCE every year in field town. there are factor causing case height of  KDRT, that is : 1) Economic factor because insufficient finance to fulfill requirement of household  2) lack of feeling trust one another resulting the happening of jelaousy 3)  problem of education pattern at child  4) old fellow which have a hand in in housewifery 5) problem of with you because husband of selingkuh with wife brother 6). problem of manner among  between wife and husband 7). do not each other open one another 8). misunderstand which do not immediately in looking for its way out will generate quarel 9). problem do not cook to generate problems, 10). husband will win by xself. Pursuant to factor  of  this research internal issue formula  is:  how role of police in finishing case of  DOMESTIC VIOLENCE in field town?. target of this research to know role of  Police in finishing case of  KDRT  in field town. this research type is research qualitative having the character of is descriptive. instrument in this research is documentation and interview. result of research obtained from role of  Police in finishing hardness case, that is 1. giving safeness and protection to victim 2. settling for sigh of victim of  lessen to feel self confidence  3. behaving positively to victim to get information. pursuant to result of the research can be concluded that role of  Police in finishing case of  DOMESTIC VIOLENCE that is creating is same job/activity, giving protection, giving advise, tuition and instruction to victim so that  to be sikorban can eliminate to feel trauma which in experiencing of trauma that is in its nature
