The purpose of this study is to describe the difference of science learning outcomes between the application of active learning model type Practice-Rehearsal Pairs with the application of conventional learning in class IV SDN 09 Air Pacah Padang 2016/2017 academic year. Methods of experimental research. Population of all students / grade IV SDN 09 Air Pacah, sample selection technique using random sampling. Experimental class is class IVA while control class IVB. In this study, the instrument used is a test of learning outcomes. Data analysis was done by nomality, homogeneity and hypetosis test with SPSS version 20 software. The result of student study using Active learning model of Practice-Rehearsal Pairs type has average learning outcomes of 78.45 and students using conventional learning have average Learning outcome 66,39, and result of hypothesis test equal to 0,005 <0,05. So it can be concluded that there are differences in science learning outcomes between the implementation of active learning model type Practice-Rehearsal Pairs with the application of conventional learning in class IV SDN 09 Air Pacah.
