ABILITY TO UNDERSTAND FOLKORE IN LEARNING APPRECIATION PROSA V CLASS KAMPUNG OLO PADANG
Abstrak
This study aims to describe the ability to understand character-based folklore in learning appreciation prosa of class V SD N 03 Kampung Olo Padang. The book used to analyze folklore is a book issued by the Directorate General of Teachers and Education Personnel Kemendikbud (2016) ". While to analyze the character used the theory proposed by Mansur (2016), for prose digunankan theory Tarigan (2006). This research is a qualitative research using descriptive method. Based on the analysis of data acquisition results ability to understand character-based folklore in learning prose appreciation students of grade V SD N 03 Kampung Olo Padang can be grouped into 6 qualifications. 6 qualifications, ie as many as 6 people are in perfect qualification, 2 students are in good qualification, 3 students are in more than enough qualification, 1 student is in enough qualification, 1 person is in near enough qualification, and 1 person Students are in less qualification. Based on this research, it can be concluded that the ability to understand the folklore is in good qualification obtained from the total value of the students of 1.134 divided by the number of students as many as 14 people to obtain an average score of 81. This explains that students have been able to understand the character-based folklore In prose appreciation learning because the student's score is already above the average value of KKM that is 75. Â
