ABSTRACT

 

Research background by not yet correct result of student learning in IPS learning. This study aims to determine whether the results of learning IPS students who apply Bamboo Dancing model is better than the results of IPS learning students who apply conventional learning methods on students of class V SDN 01 Batang Anai. Type of research is experiment. The research population is all students of SDN 01 Batang Anai in the 2016/2017 Lesson Study which consists of 6 classes. Research sample is class V, class of Va as experiment class and class Vcs as control class. The instrument used in the study is a test of student learning outcomes. Based on data analysis technique of hypothesis test result by using t-test is obtained that t arithmetic = 3.70 while t table = 1.67 at the real level α 0,05 and dk = 65. Thus, t count> t table then hypothesis accepted Or difference of learning result of IPS student of class V SDN 01 Batang Anai academic year 2016/2017 on the use of Bamboo Dancing learning model with conventional learning method. So it can be concluded that the results of learning IPS students using Bamboo Dancing model is better than the results of IPS learning students using conventional learning methods.
