ABSTRACT
              This research is motivated from the problem that occurred in Class III SDN 18 BatangAnai Padang Pariaman, namely the low mathematics learning outcomes. Seen from the results of observations and learning outcomes that are still under the KKM. This study aims to see the results of learning mathematics students by applying Instant Exchanging learning model and student learning outcomes by using conventional learning methods in class III. The type of research used with the design of Quasi Eksprimental Design. The population of this research is all students of class III with class III A sample as control class and class III B as experiment class. Research data was collected through students' learning outcomes. The hypothesis proposed was tested using a t-test. Result of research and discussion that is from distribution list t with real level 0,05 and dk = 56 obtained t _ ((0,05,51)) = 1,67. Based on the above calculation t_ (count =) 4.23> t _ ((α, dk)) = 1.67, H0 means the hypothesis is rejected and H1 is accepted. It can be concluded that there is influence of the use of Model Exchanging Pairs on the results of Student Learning mathematics class III SD Negeri 18 BatangAnai. It is suggested to teachers to use the exchanging model of the couple to see the students' mathematics learning outcomes for the better.
