Abstrak

The purpose of this study is to know the significant influence of education level on service quality, to know the significant effect of motivation on quality and to know the significant influence of education and motivation level together on the quality of service in the office of Head of Kubung Kota Solok,
This type of research is a correlational study, The population in this study is the entire community Kubung District and all employees of the Office of the Camat of 23 employees, the sampling method is simple random sampling the number of samples of 16 employees and 16 communities,Technique of data analysis in this research is quantitative data analysis Result of analysis with help of program of SPSS14, Based on multiple linear regression analysis with T test and F test.
Hypothesis test is the level of education does not have a significant influence on the quality of service in the Office of Head of Kubung Kota Solok (sig = 0.260), Partial contribution of education level to service quality equal to 09,61%. Level of influence on education level of service quality of 0.352, Motivation has a significant influence on the quality of service at the Office of Head of Kubung Kota Solok (sig = 0.004), The partial contribution of education to service quality is 49.00%, Level of influence on education level of service quality of 0.678, The level of education and motivation have a significant influence on the quality of service in the Office of Head of Kubung Kota Solok (sig = 0.003), partial contribution of education level and motivation together to service quality equal to 18,06%.
 Junior and S2 education levels have a high motivation to work with an average of 50. With the number of employees 1 (one) employee namely Sahrial General Functional position of junior high school level and Number I (one) employee that is Drs. Dafrizon, MM the position of Camat of education level S2.
