UKS is the main channel of health education that is in school to improve healthy life and then form a healthy life behavior, which will produce the health status of learners optimally. In achieving the highest degree of health the learner is given the opportunity to grow and develop as well as possible by providing the best environment as well. With the existence of UKS as the main channel for health education, it is expected that in the end not only the school community who run healthy life, but the surrounding community will also run healthy life in their daily life. The choice of schools as the main channel of health education because the school community consists of students, teachers and employees who are part of the community most sensitive to the influence of renewal in terms of healthy living business and school communities organized neatly.

The research population is state primary school of Bayang sub-district of Pesisir Selatan with number of public elementary school as many as 38 elementary school. The sampling technique was conducted by purposive sampling, from 38 primary schools to 6 elementary schools, ie 2 Core Elementary School and 4 SD Imbas. Data retrieval is done by the researchers assessing / filling the observation questionnaire / observation sheet designed in such a way that it can lead to more objective information from the respondents. Analysis of research data using frequency distribution technique (descriptive statistics) with calculation percentage P = F / N × 100%.

The results of the data analysis were obtained based on the observation of 6 elementary schools related to the Implementation of School Health Activities (UKS) at Bayang District Primary School of South Pesisir Regency with achievement level of 33.01% and included weak interpretation.

The UKS research that has been done in Bay Se District primary school in South Pesisir regency is classified as weak category, due to lack of adequate facilities and infrastructure in every school in the State Elementary School in Bayang Sub-district of Pesisir Selatan District. It is suggested to the teacher of Bayang District Primary School South Coastal District to be able to improve the Implementation of School Health Activities (UKS), as it appears that the Implementation of School Health Business Activities (UKS) in including weak interpretation
