This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of fourth grade students in SDN 04Bakir Tapan. One way that can be used to overcome this problem is to use the Group Investigation model. The purpose of this study is to describe the improvement of the fourth grade students' learning outcomes in SDN 04 Bakir Tapan. This type of research is a classroom action research.

This study was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings. The subject of this research is the fourth grade students of SDN 04 Bakir Tapan which amounted to 24 people. The research instrument used in this research is the teacher activity sheet, the affective student's scoring sheet that is cooperate in the first cycle of 49.99% increased to 81.25% in cycle II, the psychomotor domain score that is responsible for the first cycle 52.08% increased to 79 , 16% in cycle II.

The learning outcomes of the cognitive domain of students' understanding also increased. In the first cycle of students understanding 58.33% increased to 87.5% in cycle II. From the data obtained can be concluded that there is an increase of learning outcomes of fourth grade students in SDN 04 Bakir Tapan after using Group Investigation model.
