Abstrak

Research  in class VII SMP Negeri 1 Enam Lingkung seen that in the process of learning mathematics teacher's role is more dominant  students, the interaction between teachers with students and students with students less interwoven, students not accustomed to express opinions and asked during the learning process, result study of student under minimum mastery criteria. To overcome the problem research for applying cooperative learning type make a match on learning mathematics.Research motive for study mathematics of students for applying cooperative learning type make a match. The research hypothesis is the result mathematics of students whose learning applying cooperative learning type make a match better than the result mathematics of students learning apply the usual learning to the students of class VII SMP Negeri1 Enam Lingkung.The type of research used is the experiment. The population in this study is the students of class VII of SMP Negeri 1 Enam Lingkung academic year 2017/2018 from 8 classes. The sample select from  population after it was found that population homogen variance and had an average similar, from eight class select two sample classes. From two class selected   VII.B  experimental class and VII.C control class. The learning result data in the sample class give test of 5 items essay. Results of students' mathematics learning upgrade in the experimental class. Based on the data of the students' learning outcomes in the two sample classes, after hypothesis test using t-test formula at the 0.05 level of trust obtained t(continue) = 4,013 and t(0,95; 42) = 1.682. Because t(continue) > t (0,95; 42) then the proposed hypothesis is accept. So it can be conclude that the result of learning mathematics learning applying cooperative learning type make a match better than the result of learning mathematics of students apply the usual in the class VII SMP Negeri 1 Enam Lingkung. Results of study, the authors expect teachers in the field of mathematics studies can apply cooperative learning type make a match mathematics subjects to improve student results of study.
