Abstrak

Information and communication technology is one of the areas of study that are difficult to understand by most students, so many students who have difficulties in learning ICT. Because of that, it updates in the world of education in order to improve the quality of education that would be able to improve the education of the dignity and the dignity of human beings.

This research aims to analyze the results of the learning method of students with bejar Everyone is a Teacher Here better than the conventional learning methods On ICT subjects in junior high Isam Budi Mulia field.

This type of research is research conducted experiments with a population of all Class VII Class VII. sample 1 by as much as 27 students as a class experiment and the control class VII. 2 as much as 26 26 students. Research instrument in the form of test results of the study, then the next activity is the analysis of grain of matter to see the existence of the problems laid out well or not. In doing the analysis of grain problem with three components namely index of difficulty, difference and power combined criteria. The question of trials conducted in Class VII. 3 as much as 28 students, using a written test with test description consisting of 10-question essay with a time of 60 minutes. To measure the normality hypothesis, its homogeneity, and use the program SPSS version 16-value sig 0.644 whose hypotheses. So based on hypothesis test then the result of this research is a method of learning that Everyone is a Teacher Here better than the conventional learning.
