The Relationship Of Students' Perceptions Of Teaching And Learning Process With The Learning Outcomes In The Subjects Tik Sman 1 Sub-District Payakumbuh

Abstrak

Efforts to improve the quality of education are continuously conducted. However, various indicators of educational quality have not shown significant improvement. Such as teacher quality, curriculum development, school facilities and infrastructure and others. Linkages and cooperation between all parties such as government, educators, students, and the social environment will help the implementation of national education objectives.This study aims to describe the relationship perception students about the learning process (X) with learning outcomes (Y) on subjects TIK SMAN 1 Payakumbuh District.                The type of this research is descriptive correlational research. Population and Sample of research is object which become target of research, where seen responses from samples under study. Based on the results of the analysis in the sampling steps obtained normal distributed data, homogeneous and have the same average. Therefore, it can be taken randomly sampled so that the selected class X9 with the number of students is as many as 23 people.

Research instrument is a tool used to collect data, in this study used questionnaires and student learning outcomes.

               This study aims to describe the relationship perception students about the learning process (X) with learning outcomes (Y) on subjects TIK SMAN 1 Payakumbuh District. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between Student Perceptions of Teaching and Learning Process with Student Learning Results. This is evidenced from the results of a simple correlation analysis obtained correlation coefficient (rxy) of 0.770 and r tabel 0.396 with N = 23 at the level of significance 0.05.                This shows that r hitung is positive and bigger than r tabel (0,770> 0,396).Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant relationship between students' perceptions of teaching and learning process (X) with the results of study of TIK (Y) students class X SMA N 1 Kecamatan Payakumbuh 2016/2017 academic year where on the results of hypothesis testing at a significant level of 5% obtained r table = 0.396 was r count> r table, ie 0.770> 0.396 means that the correlation value is 0.770 and significant level 0.00 <0.05 means positive and significant relationship between student perceptions about the learning process and learning outcomes.
