Influence Learning Model Picture and Picture Learning Results IPS in Class IV SDN 50 Kuranji Padang

Abstrak

Social Sciences (IPS) is one of the subjects that can provide a broad knowledge of the knowledge of local and global communities so as to be able to live together with other communities. Teachers as the spearhead in the implementation of education is a very influential party in the learning process. However, based on observations in SDN 50 Kuranji Padang, the method that teachers use in the learning process is the lecture method,questioning and assignment so the students' activeness to ask and answer in learning is not optimal. Therefore one of the solutions to improve student learning outcomes, namely by using the model learning of Picture and Picture in the process of learning IPS.
Type of research used is experimental research with population of this research is all students of grade IV SDN 50 Kuranji Padang as many as 55 students Which is divided into two class namely class IVA and class IVB, using random sampling technique obtained class IVA as control class and IVB as experiment class. The data analyzed in this study is the score of IPS learning outcomes on the cognitive aspects collected through objective tests.
The result of data analysis with hypothesis test using t-test, obtained taccount=3,95 and ttable=2,02, so taccount > ttable so H1 be accepted and H0 rejected which means that there is influence of model learning of Picture and Picture to result of study IPS in class IV SDN 50 Kuranji Padang.
Based on the research results obtained, it can be concluded that there is influence of model learning of Picture and Picture to result of study IPS in class IV SDN 50 Kuranji Padang. so that this model can be applied and developed to achieve optimal learning outcomes in the school.
