Hand-Eye Coordination Relations And Muscular Arms Explosive Power Ability To Smash Volleyball ActivaLintau Tanah Datar Regency

Abstrak

This study aims to reveal: 1) eye-hand coordination relationship with the ability to smash bolavoliatletPuteraActivaLintau Tanah Datar regency. 2) relations arm muscle explosive power with the ability to smash volleyball athletes Son ActivaLintau Tanah Datar.3) eye-hand coordination and muscle explosive power arm with the ability to smash volleyball athletes Son ActivaLintau Tanah Datar.

This type of research is descriptive with Correlational design with a population of 30 athletes.Samples were taken with total sampling, which makes all members of the population to be sampled in the study, so the total sample of 30 athletes who actively practice. Eye-hand coordination data was obtained using tennis ball-throw test . For explosive power arm muscles used tests Two Hand Medicine Ball Put. As for the ability to use the test smash smash volleyball diagonal and frontal. Data were collected by conducting tests on the sample. The result of data collection was analyzed by correlation technique with significant level α = 0,05.

Based on the result of the analysis: 1) There is a significant relationship between hand-eye coordination with the bolavoli smashing ability of PuteraActivaLintau of Tanah Datar with a t_count of 3.28>t_table 2.045. 2) There is a significant relationship between arm muscle explosive power with the ability to smash bolavoliatletPuteraActivaLintau Tanah Datar regency with the value t_count 4.66>t_table 2.045. 3) There is a significant correlation between hand-eye coordination and muscle explosive power arm with the ability to smash volleyball athletes Son ActivaLintau Tanah Datar with a value of F_count 10.25>F_table 3.35.
