PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR MATEMATIKA MELALUI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN LANGSUNG DENGAN PEMBENTUKAN KONSEP DIRI PADA SISWA KELAS 4 SD NEGERI 1 PADANG SIBUSUK
Abstrak
The research was motivated, less exact learning models the researchers used in conveying the subject matter of mathematics so that students do not understand the material presented, as well as low self-esteem of students, resulting in lower student learning outcomes. Overcoming this required that the model is able to improve student learning outcomes. To resolve this issue directly with the learning model is used to form self-concept. Formulation of the problem is whether the learning of mathematics through direct learning model with the formation of self-concept can improve learning outcomes for students 4th grade math SDN 1 Padang Sibusuk? Research purposes to determine the increase in mathematics achievement through direct instructional model with the formation of self-concept in Grade 4 students at SDN 1 Sibusuk Padang. This research is a classroom action research. Instrumentnya is a daily test results and teacher observation sheet. Subjects were Grade 4 students at SDN 1 Padang Sibusuk the 36 people. 1 cycle of learning outcomes, the average value of UH math 67.2, 58.33% mastery learning. Cycle II, the average value of 86.8 UH math, completeness 88.88%. This proves the learning of mathematics through direct learning model with the formation of self-concept can improve student learning outcomes 4 class SDN 1 Sibusuk Padang. Based on the research results, it is suggested that teachers choose instructional model directly to the formation of self-concepts to improve student learning outcomes
