Abstrak

The background of this research is the lack in student’s activity and learning outcomes in IPA subject for student of VA class SDN 04 Kampung Olo Padang. This caused by learning strategy which is teacher centralized, where teachers didn’t give an opportunity to students to complete the task with their own ability. One of the ways to overcome this problem is using course review horay model. The purpose of this research is to describe student’s activity and learning outcome in IPA subject through ‘question student have’ strategy for students of VA class SDN 04 Kampung Olo Padang. This research is class measuring research with two cycles; each cycle consists of two meeting. Subject in this research is 27 students. Instruments in this research are observation sheet of student’s activity, teacher’s activity and learning outcome. Based on research there is an escalation in student’s activity from first cycle of research is 52.59% to 80% in second cycles. Average percentage of learning completeness in first cycle is 60.65%; it is climb into 81.51% in second cycles. From the research, it can be concluded that learning of IPA subject through course review horay model can increase student’s activity and learning outcomes.
