PENINGKATAN MINAT DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS IV DALAM PEMBELAJARAN IPA MELALUI METODE TAKE AND GIVE DI SD PERTIWI III PADANG

Abstrak

This study aims to increase interest and achievement in the Physical Sciences subject and describe changes in the Earth's celestial appearance in Cycle 1 and describe the various causes of changes in the physical environment and its effect on mainland in cycle 2, by using the method of Take and Give. This study was conducted in April 2013, held in class VII SD Pertiwi 3 Padang. This type of research is a classroom action research with two cycles consisting of two meetings in one cycle, each cycle consisting of: planning, implementation, and reflection. Technique observation and data collection tools in this study using a descriptive analysis of the data in the form of documents test results daily students, questionnaires and the observation sheet. The results showed that the method of Take and Give occurred joyful learning that increases student learning outcomes, the results of the first cycle to the second cycle there is an increase in cycle 1 the number of students who have a 65.02% interest in the care, 63.4% a 65.27% interest and a sense of fun. In the second cycle increased 74.36% interest in the concern, 77.66% and 78.35% interest in the sense of pleasure, incomplete grades in cycle 1 was 8 students or 34.78%, while an increase in the number of cycle 2 students who have an interest in learning the first meeting of 75.25%, 78.25% and the second meeting that gets completed value is 19 students or 95%, incomplete grades in cycle 1 was 1 students or 5%.
