PENINGKATAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA MELALUI METODE TUTOR SEBAYA PADA PEMBELAJARAN IPA KELAS IV SDN 23 TANJUNG BONAI AUR
Abstrak
The research was carried out by low yields fourth grade students learn science SDN 23 Tanjung Aur Bonai caused by lack of activity of students and the lack of skills of teachers in teaching methods. This research is a classroom action research (classroom action research) with the type of qualitative and quantitative data. Subject of this action research around the fourth grade students of SDN 23 Tanjung Aur Bonai, which amounts to 18 people. The data were obtained by using the test, and observation. The results indicate the implementation of teacher learning with peer tutoring methods increased from the first cycle 56% to 95% in the second cycle, while the learning activities of students also increased from 49.99 to 95.55 the first cycle in the second cycle. Then the learning outcomes of students also showed an increase of 17 students who take the test only 9 students who completed the study (in the first cycle) with an average score of 66.47, to 18 students who take the test 15 students who completed the study (in the second cycle) with an average score of 88.44. From the research it can be concluded, with the adoption of peer tutors can increase the activity and learning outcomes IPA fourth grade students of SDN 23 Tanjung Aur Boni. Research would be better applied to the variation between tute questioning students and tutors in order to better understand the learning materials.
