Abstrak

The aim of this research is to describe the function ofThe Learning Cell Modelin improving students affective and students cognitive. The kind of this research is classroom action research which is done in two cycles, each of cycle have twice meeting and once test. Sample of this research is students Vb grade of SDN 13 Surau Gadang with total number of students 28. The research intsrument that had been use is the observation sheet for observation the learning activity ofteacher, form of students cognitive study result test, and observation sheet of  students affective process implantation. Based on result of data analysis, total of students that have 66.43% affective at first cycle is being 74.64% at second cycle. The students cognitive study result in Natural Science learning is improve by using The Learning Cell Model. The student’s totals who have score up of KKM 70 are 18 students (64.28%) at first cycle being 22 students (78.57%) at second cycle. Based on the result of this research, the researcher concludes that the implantation of Natural Science learning by usingThe Learning Cell Model can improve students study result at Vb of SDN 13 Surau Gadang Padang. Based on conclusion above, the researcher hopes teacher can apply this strategy to improve students score in Natural Science learning.
