PENINGKATAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR IPA SISWA KELAS V DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN BERBASIS MASALAH DI SDN 04 SUNGAI LIMAU KABUPATEN PADANG PARIAMAN
Abstrak
This research is motivated by the learning process has not gone as expected . Teachers still very dominant in the learning process, a habit that has been done in designing learning teacher is presenting material with material outlining in detail according to the lecture method. As a result, the ability of students in particular classes SDN Sungai Limau. This research is a class act. This study is located at SDN 04 Sungai Limau Kabupaten Padang Pariaman , fifth grade students study subjects totaling 12 people. The research was conducted in two cycles . The findings showed that the use of problem -based approach can enhance science learning activities and outcomes fifth grade students of SDN 04 Sungai Limau through problem -based approach. The results were obtained an average of student learning activities in the first cycle was 61 % and the second cycle of 87.62 % while the average activity of teachers in the first cycle was 72.5 % and 95 % in the second cycle. then the learning outcomes of students who completed the first cycle was 66.67 % and 92 % in the second cycle. Based on observations of activity and the student science learning outcomes in cycle I and II showed an increase. It can be concluded that learning by using problem -based approach can enhance science learning activities and outcomes fifth grade students of SDN 04 Sungai Limau. Based on the above findings , the researchers concluded that , problem -based approach can enhance the activity and results of science learning in class V in SDN 04 Sungai Limau Kabupaten Padang Pariaman, and can be used as an alternative to improve student learning outcomes.
