PENINGKATAN MINAT DAN HASIL BELAJAR IPA SISWA KELAS IV DENGAN METODE GIVING QUESTION AND GETTING ANSWER DI SDN 43 SIGUNTUR MUDA PESISIR SELATAN
Abstrak
The purpose of this study was to describe the increase in interest and student learning outcomes through methods Giving Getting Question and Answer. The research method applied is the method of action research. This study was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings. The subjects were fourth grade students of SDN 43 Siguntur Young South Coast totaling 27 people. The research instrument used in the study is the observation sheet student interest, teacher observation sheet activity and achievement test. Based on the results of research conducted in class V SDN 43 Siguntur Young South Coast, usage Giving and Getting Answers Question proven to increase student interest and learning outcomes. It can be seen from the average student interests first cycle of 53.70% rising to 87.65% in the second cycle (33.95% increase). In addition, students' mastery of learning outcomes also increases seen from the results of the final test evaluation of the first cycle of students with an average percentage of completeness 55.56%, increased in the second cycle the average completeness 85.19% (29.63% increase). Based on the above it can be said that the method of Giving Questions and Getting Answers can increase interest and student learning outcomes. It is recommended for teachers to be able to use the method of Giving and Getting Answers Question in implementing science teaching.
