PENINGKATAN PARTISIPASI BELAJAR SISWA KELAS IV DENGAN METODE ROLE PLAYING PADA PEMBELAJARAN PKn DI SDN 05 PADANG PASIR KOTA PADANG
Abstrak
This research is motivated by the lack of student participation in the teaching fourth grade civics at SDN 05 Padang Pasir, Padang, both in asking, answering and concluded that due to the lessons during the learning process more teachers tend to use the lecture method which adversely affects the student learning outcomes . The purpose of this study is to increase the participation of students in the fourth grade civics lesson with role playing method in SDN 05 Padang Pasir. Type of research is a class act and this study used a qualitative approach. This study was conducted in two cycles, the data of this study in the form of information about the data obtained from the results of action, observation of student participation. Subjects in this study were the teacher and fourth grade students. The results showed that the percentage of student participation in the first cycle is 41.66% increase to 56.10% in the second cycle. Average civics student learning outcomes are in the first cycle is 54.82 with 42.85 mastery learning percentage increased to 77.67% with 78.57% percentage of mastery learning on the second cycle. It can be concluded that civics lesson using role playing to improve learning outcomes fourth grade students of SDN 05 Padang Pasir. Researchers suggest that teachers can use role-playing method to improve student learning outcomes.
