MENINGKATKAN PARTISIPASI SISWA KELAS V DALAM PEMBELAJARAN PKn MELALUI MODEL COOPERATIVE STRATEGI PEER TUTORING DI SDN 18 BUNGO PASANG TABING
Abstrak
The lack in student’s participation in PKn subject at SDN 18 Bungo Pasang Tabing was caused by application of poor learning strategy, so that students become bored in learning process. The purpose of this research is to increase student’s participation in V grades student at SDN 18 Bungo Pasang Tabing with cooperative peer tutoring strategy. This research is class measuring research. Data were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. Model that is used in this research is cooperative peer tutoring strategy. Data were gathered by observation sheet of teacher’s activity, student’s participation, and documentation. From observation sheet about student’s participation, percentage student questioning in first cycle is 75%, rise into 88.64% in second cycles. Percentage student’s participation in answering in first cycle is 56.82%, rise into 75% in second cycles. Percentage student’s participation in arguing in first cycle is 43.22%, rise into 77.27% in second cycles. Percentage student’s participation in finishing tasks in first cycle is 81.82%, rise into 95.45% in second cycles. Based on data analysis, it can be conclude that student’s participation in learning of PKn subject at SDN 18 Bungo Pasang Tabing can be increased by cooperative peer tutorial strategy
