PENGGUNAAN PENDEKATAN DISCOVERY UNTUK MENINGKATKAN MINAT DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS III PADA PEMBELAJARAN IPA DI SDN 26 LUBUK ALUNG

Abstrak

 

            The study was backed by by the lack of interest in learning of students in learning the IPA in class III SD Negeri 26 Lubuk Alung caused at the time the learning process of teachers is more appropriate to use the lecture method on low-impact student learning outcomes. The purpose of this research is to increase students ' interest in learning the IPA class III with the approach of the Discovery in the depths of SDN 26 Lubuk Alung. This type of research is research action class. The subject of this research is the grade III SD Negeri 26 Lubuk Alung. Research instrument used is the observation sheet activity observation sheet interest teachers, students, and student learning outcomes tests sheet. Based on the research results obtained cycles I and II obtained an average score percentage interest students in asking 55% increased 70%, in answering the question 65% increased 85%, a 65% increase in cooperation of 85%, in finding a 65% increased 80%, and suggested a 40% increased 75%. While the results of the study on cycles I and II obtained an average score of 70% percentage increase of 90%. From the results it can be concluded that the IPA learning by using Discovery approach can improve student learning and outcomes interest class III SD Negeri 26 Lubuk Alung. Based on these research results researchers suggest that teachers can implement Discovery approach in learning the IPA.
