Abstrak

Indonesian Language Learning is learning communication which is a compulsory subject. Indonesian Language Learning is directed to improve students' ability to communicate both orally and in writing. There are 4 language skills, namely listening skills, speaking skills, reading skills and writing skills. One of the most important language skills to be mastered by students is reading skills. Reading is an important skill to support the learning process.

Based on observations and interviews at SDN 03 PancungSoal, Pesisir Selatan Regency, Indonesian learning takes place in one direction, from teacher to student, when teaching teachers use three methods, namely the lecture method, question and answer and assignment. So learning is less effective, so the efforts made by researchers in overcoming these problems are applying the Learning Cell Learning model in the process of learning Indonesian.

This type of research is experimental research. According to Lufri (2005: 60) †Experimental research is a study that conducts treatment (manipulation) of the research variables (independent variables). Then, observe the consequences of the treatment on the object of the study (dependent variable)â€.

The average final test of the students in the experimental class was 78.54 and in the control class was 70.21 with the Hypothesis Test level obtained tcount>ttable where 1.838> 1.683 at the significance level α = 0.05 therefore H1 was accepted namely the influence of the model The Learning Cell learning on the learning outcomes of students' reading skills in Indonesian Language subjects in grade V students of SDN 03 PancungSoal.

Based on the results of the research obtained, it can be concluded that there are learning outcomes of students 'reading skills in Indonesian Language subjects by using The Learning Cell learning model better than the learning outcomes of students' reading skills in Indonesian Language subjects using conventional learning models. So that the model can be applied and developed to achieve optimal Indonesian language learning outcomes at the school.
