Development of Macromedia Flash Science-Based Learning Media on Material Relating to Style, Motion, Energy and Its Function for Students of Grade V SDN 19 Kampung Olo

Abstrak

Education is a conscious and planned effort to realize the learning atmosphere and learning process so that students actively develop their potential to have religious spiritual strength, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character, and the skills needed by themselves, society, nation and country. Hamalik, Oemar (2012: 27) states "teaching is the process of guiding learning activities, that teaching activities are only meaningful if there are student learning activities". Therefore, it is very important for every teacher to understand as well as possible about the student learning process, so that he can provide guidance and provide an appropriate and harmonious learning environment for students. According to Salim, Astuti, Ishafit, Moh. Toifur (2011) Macromedia Flash is one of the future splash animators that makes it easy to create animations on a computer screen to display images visually and more interesting. Flash is one of the software that is a superior product making animated vector images, so it is very helpful for teachers in making learning instruments. With the development of learning media in the form of macromedia flash, the media presented becomes interesting and the learning process becomes smooth.

This type of research is development or research and development (R & D). According to Sugiyono (2009: 4) Research Development is research to develop and produce educational products in the form of materials, media and or learning strategies, evaluation tools, used to solve educational problems, study and teach in classrooms / laboratories and not to test theories .

Validity by 2 validator lecturers obtained an average result of 3.63 with a percentage of 90.92% meeting very valid criteria. Practicality by teachers and students obtained an average result of 3.79 with a percentage of 94.92% meeting very practical criteria.

Based on the results of the research carried out it can be concluded that the macromedia flash-based science learning media in the Material Relationship Between Style, Motion, Energy and Its Function for Class V SDN 19 Students Olo village can be used in the learning process to achieve learning objectives.
