The Effect of Using Cooperative Learning Model Index Card Match Type On Students Learning Outcomes Of Mathematics Class V SD Negeri 08 Enam Lingkung.

Abstrak

Mathematics learning is a learning process built by teachers to develop thinking creativity and can improve the ability to construct new knowledge as an effort to improve good mastery of math materials (Susanto 2014: 186-187). Based on the results of observation at SDN 08 Enam Lingkung, it is found that at the time of the lesson less learners are active in the learning process, the students are less active in the questioning about the material being studied, the ambience of the class was a buzz and many of the students chatted with their seated friends during the learning process. Therefore one of the solutions to improve student learning outcomes, namely by using the model of Index Card Match in the process of learning mathematics.
The type of research used is experimental research with the population of this study is all students of class V SD Negeri 08 Enam Lingkung as many as 39 students. Divided into two rombels VA and VB. While the sample in this research is done by using technique of Total Sampling, and got class of VA as control class and VB as experiment class. The data analyzed in this study is the score of mathematics learning outcomes on cognitive aspects collected through objective tests.
The result of data analysis with hypothesis test using t-test obtained tcount = 2,211 and t (0,05; 37) = 2,026. So, tcount > t (0,05; 37) hence acceptable hypothesis that Learning Index Card Match Model there is influence to result of learning mathematics of student of class V SD Negeri 08 Enam Lingkung.
Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that there is an effect of Index Card Match learning model toward the learning result of grade V student Elementary School 08 Enam Lingkung. For that, Index Card Match learning model can be applied when implementing Mathematics learning process.
