The Effect Of Scramble Model to the Social Sciences Students Learning Outcomes of Fifth Grade Students SDN 11 Pudung Agam Regency

Abstrak

Education is one aspect of life that is very important in creating reliable and professional Human Resources (HR). In line with education, there is also a term about learning. Learning is an activity carried out by someone intentionally in a conscious state to get a new concept, understanding, or knowledge so as to enable a person to change behavior that is relatively fixed both in thinking, feeling, and acting".Social Sciences subject is a science that studies various social and humanities disciplines as well as basic human activities that are scientifically packaged in order to provide insight and deep understanding to students, especially at the primary and secondary levels.The use of learning models in the learning process has significant significance. Learning models are plans or concepts to help students in the learning process and understand learning easily. By using a model in learning, it will help eliminate students' boredom in receiving lessons. One of them is by using the Scramble learning model in social studies learning.This type of research method is an experimental research method. Experimental research can be interpreted as a research method used to find out the influence of certain treatments on others under controlled conditions".The average final test results of students in the experimental class 81,3 and control class 69,4 with the hypothesis test level obtained t_count > t_table where 2,20> 2,014, as evidenced by the significant level (a) = 0,05. This means that there are significant differences in social studies learning outcomes of students who use the Scramble model in class V SDN 11 Pudung, Agam Regency.Based on the research results obtained, it can be concluded that there is an effect of the Scramble model on students' social studies learning outcomes in class V SDN 11 Pudung, Agam Regency, so that the model can be applied and developed to achieve optimal social studies learning outcomes in the school.
