Scramble Learning Model for Indonesian Language Learning Outcomes in Class V SDN 08 Surau Gadang Padang
Abstrak
Education is an organized effort, plan and take place continuously throughout life to foster students to become complete human beings, adult, and cultured (Susanto, 2014;84). Primary school is the starting place for a child to run the formal education process, schools with a curriculum that contains Indonesian language subjects and several other subjects require teacher creativity in determining and using models that involve students in the learning process. However, based on an observation and interview at SDN 08 Surau Gadang in learning Indonesian, Teachers tend to use the lecture and question and answer methods so learning is less effective, so that the efforts made by researchers in overcoming these problems are applying scramble learning models in the Indonesian language learning process.The type of research used is experimental research with the population of this study were all students of SDN 08 Surau Gadang Padang City in the academic year 2017/2018. While the sample of this study were 52 students of SDN 08 Surau Gadang, which is divided into two categories, namely VA class and VB class, by using saturated sampling, it is obtained VA class as a control class and VB class as an experimental class. The data analyzed in this study is the score of Indonesian language learning outcomes in the cognitive domains collected through objective tests.
The results of data analysis by testing the hypothesis using the t-test, obtained t count = 2.69 and t table = 1.67. So, t count > t table at 95% confidence level. So the hypothesis H1 is accepted which means that there is an influence of the scramble learning model on the learning outcomes of Indonesian students in class V SD Negeri 08 Surau Gadang, Padang City.
Based on the results of the research obtained, it can be concluded that there is an effect of scramble learning model on the learning outcomes of Indonesian students in class V SDN 08 Surau Gadang Padang City. So that the model can be applied and developed to achieve optimal Indonesian language learning outcomes at the school.
