PENERAPAN MODEL TEAMS GAMES TOURNAMENT (TGT) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN AKTIVITAS PEMBELAJARAN IPS SISWA KELAS V SDN 08 TARATAK BARU KABUPATEN SOLOK SELATAN
Abstrak
The research on the back by the low activity of class V students in social studies, seen in the learning process teachers tend to use the lecture method as well as a little question and answer, the teacher has not used learning model in accordance with the material being taught so the impact on students' learning activities. Formulation of the problem of this research is increased activity How to ask questions, take tests, and discussions with students in learning social studies using models Teams Games Together (TGT) in Class V SDN 08 Taratak New South Solok? The purpose of this study is to increase the activity of asking questions, take tests, and discussing in social studies with the use of models in class V TGT SDN 08. This research is a classroom action research conducted participants, the study was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of 2 meetings. Subjects were students of class V, amounting to 16 people. The research instrument used is the observation sheet student learning, teacher observation sheet activities, student test results, field notes. Based on the analysis of student activity sheet observations obtained an average percentage in the first cycle for the third diaamati activity indicator is 66.65%. While in the second cycle the average percentage of student activity obtained was 87.5%. From these results it can be concluded that the IPS study using TGT model can improve students' learning activities. From these results, the authors suggest that teachers can use to meningkatkat TGT model student learning activities.
