PENINGKATAN MOTIVASI DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA INDONESIA MELALUI METODE PQ4R (Preview, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite, dan Review) DI KELAS IV SDN 26 PARAK BURUK PADANG
Abstrak
The main problems faced by students of class IV SDN 26 Parak Buruk Padang is the lack of motivation and learning outcomes of students in learning to read, learning it is still centered on the teacher. To address the above issues by using the PQ4R learning methods. The purpose of this study is to describe an increase in motivation and learning outcomes grade IV in the SDN 26 Parak Buruk Padang. This type of research is Research Action class (PTK). The subject of research is the grade IV which amounted to 22 people. Research instrument used is the observation sheets activities of teachers, learning motivation of students observation sheets, sheet now test results and motivation to learn. Research results can be known that learning motivation of students in making the question average percentage is obtained that is 34,08% in cycle I rose to 77,26% in cycle II, learning motivation of students in answering the question average percentage obtained in cycle I that is 38,63% increase in cycle II be 72,72%. Then the students learning Motivation in making conclusions obtained an average percentage of 15,90% in cycle I increased to 36,36% in cycle II. Biside that passing percentage learning outcomes cycle I for 45,45% increase in cycle II being around 86,36%. From the results obtained it can be concluded that through the PQ4R method of learning can increase motivation and learning outcomes grade IV SDN 26 Parak Buruk Padang.
