PENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR IPS SISWA KELAS IV DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MEDIA GRAFIS DI SDN 04 SEI ARO KABUPATEN SOLOK SELATAN
Abstrak
The research on the back by low student achievement in social studies, social studies lesson looks at the last moment still monotonous, and yet the teachers are using media that match learning materials. Teachers in the learning process is still using the conventional method of question and answer with a slight speech. Formulation of the problem of this research is How improving student learning outcomes in social studies learning by using graphic media in SDN 04 South Solok Aro Sei? The purpose of this research is to improve the results by using the results of social studies in class IV graphics media SDN 04 Aro Sei South Solok. This research is a classroom action research conducted participants, the study was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of 2 meetings. The subjects were fourth graders totaling 14 people. The research instrument used was a student test results, observation of student activity sheets, and teacher observation sheet activities. Based on the test results of students in the first cycle student mastery 50%, while in the second cycle increased to 78.6%. Teacher activity in the first cycle increased 51.05% to 89.99% in the second cycle, whereas the activity of students in the first cycle of 51.1% increased to 85.6% in the second cycle From these results, the authors suggest that teachers can use the media graphics to improve student learning outcomes.
