PENINGKATAN MOTIVASI BELAJARIPA SISWA MELALUI METODE PEMBELAJARAN MODELING PADA KELAS IV DI SDN 08 ENAM LINGKUNG KABUPATENPADANG PARIAMAN
Abstrak
The purposeof this researchistoimprovestudents'motivation tolearn sciencethroughmodelingmethod. This research wasconductedin twoPTKcycles. Datasourcesarethe fourth grade studentsof SD Negeri08PadangPariamanDistrictSixLingkungtotaling18people. Data collection techniquesderivedfrom thesheetin managingaspects of teacherlearning, student motivation, studentmotivation questionnaire, and student learning outcomes. Dataprocessedqualitativelyandquantitatively. Based on theanalysissheetin managingaspects of teacherlearning, earnedan average ofthe first cyclein the classical71% have increased84.7% forthe second cycle. Students' motivationtopay attention tothe teacher's explanationin the first cycleobtainedclassicalaverage61% increaseto thesecond cyclewithan average of89.1%, the motivationinaskingin the first cyclewithan average of47.1% increaseto theclassicalsecond cyclewithan average of83.2% classical, motivationto answerthe questionin the first cycleobtained an average44.4% increaseto theclassicalsecond cyclewithan average of75% classical, motivationalexerciseson timein the first cyclewiththe averageclassical47.2% increaseto thesecond cyclewithan average of91.9% classical. Motivation questionnairecycle Igainedan average of66.3% increaseto theclassicalsecond cycle of85.6%. From theresults obtainedit can be concludedthatthere is an increasedmotivation tolearn sciencefourth grade studentsof SD Negeri08PadangPariamanDistrictSixLingkungafterusingmodelingmethods.
