The Knowledge, Attitudes, and Teachers’ Skill in Learning Science by using Technology of Information and Communication at SMA Kabupaten Tanah Datar
Abstrak
The purpose of this research was to describe the knowledge, attitude, and teacher’s skill in learning science by using Technology of Information and Communication based on Education School and job experience and analyzing the relation between teacher’s attitude and their skill in using Technology of Information and Communication.
The design of this research was descriptive quantitative. The population of this research was the teachers of SMA Kabupaten Tanah Datar. The total number of sample was 68 teachers. The researcher applied the total sampling technique, because the population was less than 100. In collecting data, the researcher used questionnaire with licert scale (skala likert). The researcher analyzed the data descriptively and inference by using SPSS 16.0 sample independence T-Test, One way, Anova, and Regression.
According to the level of education, knowledge and teacher’s skill toward Technology of Information and Communication have the significance. Based on job experience, knowledge, and teacher’s skill toward Technology of Information and Communication, there is no the difference significance, but there is relation between attitude and teachers’ knowledge on Technology of Information and Communication. It has koefesien correlation. It was high strength (r) 0.755. Then, the result showed that there is relation between attitude and teacher’s skill on Technology of Information and Communication.It has koefesien correlation. It has very strength (r) 0.455, and there is relation between knowledge and teacher’s skill. n Technology of Information and Communication.It has koefesien correlation. It has very strength (r) 0.638.
In conclusion, the data showed that there is no difference between attitude, knowledge, significance skills in learning Sains by using Technology of Information and Communication based on Education School and Job experience. There is relation between attitude, knowledge, and teachers’ skill by using Technology of Information and Communication with koefesien correlation in very strength.
