The influence of kick technique drill practice method with drive and swerving instep on the accuracy of Shooting 11 Star Football Club Players in kampung Surau Dharmasraya
Abstrak
The problem in this study was the low accuracy of shooting ability of the 11 Star Kampung Surau Dharmasraya players. The purpose of the research was to find out the effect of which training method was better on the accuracy of shooting football players at the 11 Star Kampung Surau Dharmasraya.
This type of research is a quasi experiment. The population is all 11 star football players, totaling 20 people. The sampling technique in this study used a total sampling method which amounted to 20 people. Group determination with matching techniques. The instrument test used is the shooting accuracy test. Data analysis techniques in this study used the normality test (liliefors) and data analysis techniques with t-test, at a significant level (α = 0.05).
The results showed that: (1) There was a significant effect on the method of drill training using an instep drive kick against the accuracy of shooting football players at the 11 Star Kampung Surau Dharmasraya village, with results of tcount (2.86)> ttable (1.81) (2) significant method of drill training uses swerving kicks on the shooting accuracy of football players in the 11-star club Surau Dharmasraya Village, with the results of tcount (2.89)> t table (1.81). (3) There is no significant difference in effect between the drill training method using the drive kick and swerving kick against the accuracy of shooting football players of the 11 Star Kampung Surau Dharmasraya, with the results of tcount (0.00) <ttable (1.73).
Conclusion of The Research: variable X1-Y Method of Drill Training using an instep drive kick against the accuracy of shooting football players at the 11 Star Kampung Surau Dharmasraya. Variable X2-Y method of drill training uses swerving kicks on the shooting accuracy of football players in the 11-star club kampung Surau Dharmasraya. X1-X2 training method using the drive kick and swerving kick against the accuracy of shooting football players of the 11 Star Kampung Surau Dharmasraya
