PENINGKATAN AKTIVITAS PEMBELAJARAN BERBICARA SISWA KELAS IV MELALUI STRATEGI DIRECT INSTRUCTION DI SD ADABIAH PADANG
Abstrak
The purpose of the research was to describe the learning activity increased speaking grade IV through Direct Instruction strategy.This is because of the lack of activity of students in the process of learning to speak. The theory used in this research is the theory of Uno Hamzah i.e. strategies for Direct instruction,While learning to speak expressed by Tarigan.The research is the Research Action Class,the method used is the method for Direct Instruction strategy,This research was conducted in two cycles,each cycle consists of two sessions.The subject of this research is the grade IV Elementary School Adabiah The. Based on the results of the research have been implemented,the average indicator of learning activities on cycle I IE:students ask and answer any questions 43,74, students discuss 52,08, Student berdemosntrasi 41,66.In cycle II, an increase in the: students ask and answer the questions increased to 79,1, students discuss increased to 85,4, Student demonstrate increased to 87,4.Improved assessment of speaking skills has increased from 69,1 on cycle I became 77,78 on cycle II.From the results it can be concluded that learning Indonesian Language with Direct Instruction strategy can increase the activity of learning to speak Adabiah The primary IV classes
