Civic Education is one of the compulsory subjects given to elementary school. In general, teachers only use conventional learning. Conventional learning meant here is a learning model that is familiar and often used by teachers in the learning process in the classroom. To overcome these problems the researcher will use the Circuit Learning learning model on Civic Education subjects in the six grade of SD Negeri 29 Ulak Karang Utara. Based on this, the researcher was interested in conducting an experimental study entitled "The Effect of Circuit Learning Model on Civic Education Learning Outcomes in Class VI In SD Negeri 29 Ulak Karang Utara".               This type of research is an experimental study with a "Posttest-Only Control Group Design". The independent variable in this study is the Circuit Learning model and the conventional learning model, while the dependent variable is the social studies learning outcomes. The population in this study were all of students in class VI in SD Negeri 29 Ulak Karang Utara in the 2018/2019 school year consisting of two classes. The sample in this study were students in grade VI.B as many as twenty people and VI.C class as many as Nineteen students. The technique in sampling is random sampling. The data taken in this study were students' Civic Education learning outcomes obtained from the final test in an objective form.                The results showed that the average value of the experimental class was higher than that of the control class (the experimental class averaged 81,52 and the control class averaged 76,9). Testing the hypothesis using the t-test was found to be significant at 0,023 which means that the significant value of the t-test is smaller than 0,05.               From these data it can be concluded that the Circuit Learning Model affects the results of Civic Education learning class VI di SD Negeri 29 Ulak Karang Utara. Thus the Circuit Learning model is expected to be used in the learning process to give a better influence on student learning outcomes.

Keywords : Circuit Learning, Civic Education learning outcomes.
