EXECUTIVE SUMMARY Agustania, Lira. 2019. Effects of the Application of Question Students Have Strategies on Mathematics Learning Outcomes of Grade IV Students of SDN 08 Surantih Market                                    Advisor: Drs. Fazri Zuzano, M.Sc.             Dr, Muhammad Sahnan, M.Pd. Mathematics is one of the basic sciences that plays an important role in shaping the mindset and practicing students' reasoning abilities. In general, teachers use the Expository method. Expository method which is meant here is a method commonly used by teachers in the learning process in the classroom, the teacher must be able to evoke students' creativity well in the mathematics learning process so that student learning outcomes are in accordance with what is expected. In connection with that, in teaching the teacher should be able to provide prerequisite knowledge as a basis for learning mathematics. To overcome this problem researchers will use the Question Students Have strategy on mathematics subjects in grade IV SDN 08 Surantih Market. Based on this, the researcher is interested in conducting experimental research with the title "The Effect of the Implementation of Question Students Have Strategies on Mathematics Learning Outcomes of Grade IV Students of SDN 08 Pasar Surantih".This type of research is experimental research with the design of "test-only design control". The independent variable in this study is the Question Students Have strategy and the Expository method, while the dependent variable is the result of learning Mathematics. The population in this study were all fourth grade students of SDN 08 Pasar Surantih in the 2016/2017 school year consisting of 2 classes. The sample in this study were students of class IV A as many as 21 students and students of class IV B as many as 21 people. The technique in sampling is by sampling. The data taken in this study are student Mathematics learning outcomes obtained through final tests in an objective form. The results showed that the Experimental class average value was higher than the control class (the experimental class averaged 82.86 and the control class averaged 72.86). In statistical tests the price of tcount>t(0.95:40) = (3.058> 2.021) with a level (α = 0.05) then the H1 hypothesis is accepted. From these data it can be concluded that the Question Students Have strategy influences the mathematics learning outcomes in grade IV SDN 08 Surantih Market. Thus the Question Students Have strategy is expected to be used in the learning process to have a better influence on student learning outcomes.  Keywords: Students Have Questions, Learning Outcomes, Mathematics.
