Abstrak

This research is based on the fact founded in the fourth grade students of SDN 10 PadangDarekKabupatenSolokSelatan. The teacher mostly use a lecture method in teaching Bahasa Indonesia;as a result, it decreases the students’ learning achievement. This research aims at describing the improvement students’ learning achievement in teaching Bahasa Indonesia through the model of everyone is teacher here in the fourth grade students of SDN 10 Padang Darek Kabupaten Solok Selatan. The kind of this research is the classroom action research. Based on the analysis of learning achievement in teaching Bahasa Indonesia obtained data that: the learning achievement of reading Bahasa Indonesia in cycle I which is 53,84 increase to be 92,30 in cycle II, in determining the main clause of reading materials in cycle I which is 46,15 increase to be  7,67 in cycle II, in determining the message of reading materials in cycle I which is 65,77 increase to be 75,85 in cycle II in the fourth grade students of SDN 10 PadangDarekKabupaten Solok Selatan. Based on the result ofthisresearch, it can be concluded that: the model of everyone is teacher here can improve the learning achievement of Bahasa Indonesia reading skill in the fourth grade students of SDN 10 Padang Darek Kabupaten Solok Selatan. Because of that, it is suggested to the next researchers in using everyone is teacher here model as one of model in improving the students’ learning achievement in other areas or subjects.
