The problem in this research is the lack of implementation of UKS which is suspected by the lack of school health education, lack of school health services, school environment development is lacking. This study aims to determine the level of implementation of School Health Efforts (UKS) in SD Negeri 15 / III Tanjung Pauh Mudik, Kerinci Regency.

This type of research is quantitative by using descriptive methods. The population in this study amounted to 103 people, with a purposive sampling technique, so that a sample of 31 students in SD Negeri 15 / III Tanjung Pauh Mudik, Kerinci Regency, class IV and V. The data analysis technique used was the percentage.

The results showed that the implementation of the School Health Business (UKS) in SD Negeri 15 / III Tanjung Pauh Mudik Kerinci Regency as a whole was 64.52% in a good category of 3 indicators, namely: 1) Health education at SD Negeri 15 / III Tanjung Pauh Mudik Kerinci Regency is 64.52% in the good category, 2) Health services at SD Negeri 15 / III Tanjung Pauh Mudik Kerinci Regency is 54.84% in the sufficient category, 3) Fostering a healthy school environment at SD Negeri 15 / III Tanjung Pauh Mudik Kerinci Regency was 74.19% in the good category.
