Abstrak

The advancement of science and technology has a great influence in various areas of human life including education. Learning at school began to adapt to technological developments, resulting in changes and paradigm shifts in education. In the process of learning the teacher has not used interactive media based on computer, also less utilization of IT technology based as media in the learning process and during the learning process lasts students only briefly pay attention to the teacher, And when teachers do questions and answer most students still because they do not know the answer to the application. To address this issue, teachers can use computer-based learning media for students of the V SD N 06 Pancung Soal. Based on this, conducted research with the title "Media Development learning Science-based computer model tutorial on the V-class in SD N 06 Pancung Soal, Pesisir Selatan. "
This type of research is development research. The models of development research used are 3-D models, namely define, design and develop. This study was conducted on the odd semester of the 2019/2020 school year. The research instruments include a validation sheet and a practical questionnaire (a teacher and student response poll). Science Learning Media based computer tutorial model in validation by 2 lecturers, and tested to 1 teacher and 28 students. The data types in this research are primary data that is obtained from lecturers, teachers and students. Data collection techniques through poll (questionnaire). The instrument used is a validation sheet and a practical poll.
The results showed the development of learning media SCIENCE-based computer models in the class V. B Elementary Students meet very valid criteria with a percentage assessment of 96.6% by material members, valid criteria with a percentage of 85% by members The media and criteria are very practical with a scoring percentage of 93.8%.
So the concluded is media learning Science -based computer model of tutorial meet the criteria of very valid and very practical for use as one of the medium of learning science in class V.B school basis .
