ANALISIS KESULITAN BELAJAR MATEMATIKA SISWA KELAS VII SMPN 26 PADANG

Abstrak

The background of this research was attempted to describe the students not  active in studying many students some mistakes in solving math problem although the students have pay attention that subject. The design of this research was descriptive research, of this research show that; 74% the students had some problems in expressing word and still lack of the concept, 78% the students got problems in identfying  the sample or not, as well as 88% the students got problems  in using ficture and symbol in presenting the concept, 89% the students  had problems in analyzing a principle required and 86% the students had problems in using principle correctly. The are two factor that made the students got problems in learning math, the are internal and external factor. The factor internal are; the low of learning students interest and motivation,  emotional ist’n balance, lack of understing that subject, the wrong way in studying. Then in internal factor are the lack of props  at shcool, the relationship between students and teachern are poorly and the bad influence of from their friend in the school.
