PENERAPAN STRATEGI PEMBELAJARAN AKTIFTIPE LEARNING STARTS WITH A QUESTION DALAM PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA SISWA KELAS VIII SMPN 8 PADANG TAHUN PELAJARAN 2012/2013

Abstrak

The research start from reality in the school that mathematics study still domination of teacher as an informer. It see when student do not active in learning process, especially to find mathematic concept as their ability. The other problem is student’s understanding still decrease to answer the question that teacher give it. To solve the problem, researcher apply learning stars with a questing strategy. The toward of this research are  to know how development of mathematics learn activity to student with apply learning starts with a question strategy and to know what the value of mathematics student with apply learning Stars with a Question Strategy better than the value of mathematics’s student who do not apply this strategy. This research is experimental. The population is eight class in Eight Junior High School Padang 2012/2013 school year. We use Random Sampling technique to take the sample. The sample is Eight G class students as experiment class and eight H class students as control. The result of research is learning activity with apply Learning Stars with a Question Strategy increase every meeting. The average class value is 77,17 of experiment class and 69,75 for control. The result of analysis show tcount=1,73 and ttable=1,64 with convident interval 95%. It see that tcount more than ttable. Based on this research, we can conclude that Learning Starts with a question better than usual learning in process of Mathematics learning at Eight Class in Eight junior high school Padang.
