PENGGUNAAN METODE TANYA JAWAB YANG DIAWALI DENGAN PEMBERIAN BAHAN AJAR DALAM PEMBELJARAN BIOLOGI SISWA KELAS XI IPA SMAN 1 SUNGAI LIMAU KABUPATEN PADANG PARIAMAN

Abstrak

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to look at differences in the use of learning outcomes Biology Question and answer method that begins with teaching materials conventional methods of class XI IPA  SMAN 1 Sungai Limau Kabupaten Padang Pariaman. The design of the study was experiments research Randomize Control Group Post-test only design. The total number of the population members  was all students in class XI IPA  SMAN 1 Sungai Limau Kabupaten Padang Pariaman in students year 2012/2013. The  Sample were two classes to  determine the sample class with purposive sampling in order to obtain class XI IPA 2  as experiment class and IPA 4 as control class. Results from this study showed the use of Question and Answer that begins with giving material to improve the result of students study with average value of 80.58 experimental class and control class 73,03. Hypothesis test using t test  value (3.548)> t table (α 0.05) means that H1 is accepted. The Student assessment learning activities in the affective domain shows the average percentage of two class sample  have the diference of significant the result of study is 82.21% for the experimental class and 82.24% for the control class. Assessment of student learning activities of psychomotor shows of  percentage average of two class sample with significant  difference class experimental 79.13% and 79.71% in the control class. From the analysis of the data which have been obtained can be concluded that learning to use question and answer method beginning with the provision of teaching materials have a higher learning outcomes than learning that using the conventional method. But of affective and psychomotor assessment showed better results in the control classes. Learning outcomes in the affective domain and psychomotor activity students learn both classes of samples also showed significant differences.
